I am a past president of the West Shore Chamber of Commerce (two terms) and have formed lasting associations with many of the community's business people.
I am the proud father of two children. My son Lucas is 13 and daughter Odessa is 10. I coach baseball for kids, and have assisted as a soccer coach. A couple of years ago I sponsored a Victoria men's slowpitch team. Yes, I played on it too! Aside from baseball I am an avid golfer and am steadily improving my handicap.
I am part of the 1999 team that holds the record for the fastest boat to race around Vancouver Island. Our time was 15 hours and 26 minutes. It was a grueling day, but absolutely one of the most exhilarating things I have ever done.
I have worked in the Arctic on drilling rigs, serviced transport trucks, all the while pursuing life as an entrepreneur. I have patented inventions, developed property in Costa Rica and assisted in the start-up of several home based businesses.
I have a well-rounded background and enjoy the business of real estate a great deal. I have been consistently one of the city's top producers since my career began in 1990. Statistically, I was number 10 in Victoria Real Estate Board sales in 1999 and number 12 in 2000.
My absolute focus is to get my clients top dollar for their properties. When looking to the area of highest growth on Vancouver Island, simply call the West Shore specialist
and "SPEAK TO CHEEKE".
